Ok I am back and with really good news...

I know I've left you alone so long...but I have been pretty busy and now I had time to talk to y'all.
First of I've lost in this month 44 pounds which is awesome...
And second of I am really happy in the band and we got some deals and contracts made with some restaurant-bars down here where we are playing 3 nights in a row...which is awesome...
I have missed y'all...hope you all are doing great...well some really nice greetings from mexico.

Great to have you back Howell, and it's great news about the band. Congratulations on the weight loss thing also. What kind of music does the band play?

We play rock but more of classic rock not heavy or metal...normal rock...hahaha.
I am glad to be back...
I had time to post and was happy about it.
