1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. minced parsley
1/2 tsp. salt, optional
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 cup milk
4 boneless chicken breast halves
1/4 cup melted butter or margarine
1-2 cloves garlic minced
2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first 5 (five) ingredients. Place milk in a shallow bowl. Dip chicken in milk and then shake in the crumb mixture. Place in a greased baking pan or dish.
Combine the butter, garlic and lemon juice; drizzle over the chicken. Sprinkle with Paprika.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until juices run clear.
