Dijon Peach Pork Chops
4 bone-in pork loin chops (1/2 inch thick)
1 can (15-1/4 oz) sliced peaches, undrained
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
In a large skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray, brown pork chops over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes on each side.
Mix the remaining ingredients together and pour over the chops. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until meat is tender.
Yield: 4 servings.

So Sorry, I don't know much about low carb diets, although I should get to know.
I'm just one of those people who aren't fat, just "fluffy". ex[ghostdancing]

I've had great results with Weight Watchers. You can eat anything so there's no avoiding certain foods. You can "lighten up" just about any recipe too. I can even enjoy this delicious sounding recipe. I follow the program online - I don't want to go to meetings.

Thanks Wolfmom for the great recipes. I have been looking for some new ideas for dinner.
