Old Marine

Ok don't everyone jump up and start welcoming Oldmarine as this is really me here trying to create a new registration for him so he can log in here again. I hope it works as it shows him now on line now but it's really me. Now I will give him the info and see if he can log in. I hope this doesn't mess up my log in now as I set it up under my I.P address. Yikes we shall see

He said he tried again and NOTHING!!! I told him that it wouldn't make you happy to hear that.

Okay, what if you give him your password asnd see if he can log in with your name? If he can't, the fault lies with his computer. You can always change your password later.

You know I know nothing about computers----but yesterday I was trying to vote for a little girl on a photo website. Someone said they couldn't vote a second time and I couldn't either. They said to delete cookies so I did and then could vote.

It sounds to me like it's either in his cache or his security settings. Or maybe delete his browser history.

Just my thoughts.

I don't understand how he can get to the log-in screen, yet not be able to go any farther. Is thi sthe ONLY site he has a problem with?

Hubby said to tell him to go to the page, tell him to hit F5 to refresh, and maybe it will let him type then. I would think that clearing the cache would do that, but hey, it's worth a shot. Maybe his computer has an old page stored, and that's what it brings up every time.

OKAY!!!!!!!!!! I'm back. My hard drive was getting ready to crash and was causing a multitude of other problems. My computer geek son saved the day.
