Here's a quick frostingless brownie type cake---- Mix one cake mix (chocolate, butterscotch, white, whatever)cake mix, 1 can of pudding, 2 eggs, well. Sprinkle 1/2 bag of chocolate, butterscotch, white chocolate, chips on top with 2 T. sugar. Most of the time I skip the sugar. Bake 35-40 min. 350*.
This is more the texture of cake but doesn't need frosting. Nice for lunches as no frosting to stick to wrapping.
