Tonight from me. It is my last night off of work after a three and one half month leave of absence from a knee surgery. I am celebrating. My wife grilled the two reds that I caught Wednesday and I ate them with french fries. Later, I'm going to eat ice cream for the last time before I go back to work on Tuesday, working out and back on the Atkin's diet. I have been sitting on my ass getting fat, drunk and lazy for three months now so tonight I'm going to blow it out.

I am mixing rum half and half with diet 7 and just a twist of lime and I intend to wake up face down in the gutter. Starting tomorrow I have to walk the straight and narrow for just 8 more months before I can tell Exxon to kiss my brown butt and retire.

But tonight is mine. I am going back out on the deck right now to listen to the owls hoot. I may even hoot back, I have been known to do that but I am on a slippery slope right now and no doubt I'll probably sign back on later thinking that I have something brilliant to say and embarrass myself. Oh well, as Bubbles, Bartender and Rosebud can tell you, it won't be my first time.

That's what true friends are for, they pick you up, brush the dirt off of you and pile you on the sofa with a dog and a cat and cover you up. as you can see.. I'm already meandering around in my mind. Please disregard any further posts, it is my last night off. Admin, my sober alter ego will clean this mess up in the morning hopefully.

Please don't make me do it tonight as you know that I will try. But now, really... I'm going to go and lay in my back yard and let my dogs lick my face. They like it, it tickles and always makes me laugh. The more that I laugh, the more they like it. You only go around once in life and you have to measure your good time here in dog licks.

Speaking of Dean Martin I'm looking for a Dean Martin lunchbox. It has a martini shaker in place of the thermos. :drunken:

I did an excellent improvisation of "Lola" by the Kinks once but it will have to go on the dark side. They keep raiding this park near here because a lot of gay men were committing lewd sex acts in broad daylight.

Anyway.. it had to do with me not knowing about the park and stopping at a picnic table for a rum and cola
