I tried to see the pictures but nothing came up. Anyway it is scary!!!. I have an internet friend who lives there and about ----I think she said 15 Kilometers from it. Maybe that is wrong. What's a kilometer? She said it wasn't causing any trouble in her city because the wind was blowing the opposite direction. I remember that she told that there are hot spring public baths in her city and now we know why.

Sorry you couldn't see the pix as they were spectacular. Maybe you need some kind of gizmo on your pc or something...........I don't know. It would be nice to have hot springs but if a volcano comes w/ it I think I'll pass

* 1 mile = 1.609 kilometers

Wow! Those are really cool photos. I never knew lightening was associated with volcanic activity.

Seeing those photos made me think of what it must have been like during the catastrophic events leading up to Noah's flood where the Bible speaks of the "fountains of the deep" being broken up. I personally believe it was all this volcanic activity spoken of in the Bible that led to the ice age due to the blockage of energy from the sun.

Hmmmmmmmmm, sounds possible.......would have been very interesting to have lived back in those days to say the least. I wonder if we will ever get to know all the details of how it all went down? Anyway I'm putting in a request to know
