Morning Jerry, it's 50 degrees and the flounder run is on, kind of early in the season but they are creeping back into the salt marshes. Work will not let me return yet but told me to "resume my normal activities" to get back into shape. So, my kayak is loaded in the back of my truck and all of my gear is stashed. I'm finally getting to go fishing. I'll tell you how I did when I get back.

We have cleaned up the site and plan to keep it that way. I got some great ideas from a would be buyer who was discouraged by the bickering.
