It's supposed to snow here today, I hope it does.

Another post of mine has disappeared. Oh, well, here we go again. It's suppose to snow in Port Arthur too, but not till this afternoon. Snow is pretty, but my son works nights for Acadiane ambulance. I worry about him driving that ambulance on those icy streets. He works in Orange County out of the Vidor station. And can't you just imagine how many wrecks there are going to be? People around here aren't use to driving in the snow.
Besides, I hate the cold!

I made a tweak, we'll just have to see if it works.

I had posted on the religion part some time back and it never showed. I didn't know if I forgot to "send" or if it disappeared by itself.

Snow,it is odd that you southern folks are getting snow before us in the north. We got our first sticking snow last night. I'm guessing it is 7" deep maybe. When it is wet, it packs down more than when it is dry. It is still snowing and it's 11:30 AM. The trees and especially the evergreens are beautiful. Everything is so clean and white.

The neighbor plowed our drive when he did his and Pete wound up the snowblower and cleared a path in the back yard for Smokey. He also cleared a path from our driveway, around the garage, across the back yard to our pole barn out back and then to the top of the hill above the gully. The neighbor kids like to slide back there. Some schools are closed too.

I was going to go into town and start gathering materials to begin some Christmas craft projects. But now I can't quite get my rear in gear to go out in that weather. The snowplow hasn't been down our street yet. But it really wouldn't be a problem. It is a slow gentle floating down snow, not a blowing drifting type.

Bullfrog, thanks for the tweaking! Hope it works!ex[snow]

Me too, I went to the help topic and it said to synchronize the board which I did. It seems to be a common problem. Please let me know if it continues.

All we got was snow flurries. Nothing stuck. Sure was pretty to see it tho. I wanted to take pictures but my camera lens fogged up so I gave up. All I know is its cold as a well digger's patootie out there!

I saw on the weather last night that the west side of the state was going to get some snow. We barely got a dusting. I'm NOT complaining. ex[happy]

I have the TV on as I am typing this and I just heard a tease for the weather. They are talking about a blizzard comming. OMG ex[cry] ex[cry7] ex[brrrrr]

Not even any flurries here. Just some rain and sleet.

We left Beaumont and they had a cold rain, by the time we got to Lumberton the snow was coming down thick. It took a while but it stuck to the trees and covered most of the ground. There is some left this morning but it should melt today. Too cold to fish, that's for sure.

It might not have snowed here, but everything is white this morning! Water in the bird baths is frozen solid. I should have emptied them. Hope they don't break!

I had no idea that it snowed in Texas, especially the southern part or got that cold. I learned something new today. ex[doh]
