While people are making good stuff for Super Bowl, or for anytime if one is not a football fan, here's a good and easy snack type lunch or dinner.

Spray a pan with cooking spray. Size of pan depends on how much you want to make...

Quick Easy Nacho Bake

Spread a nice thick layer of your favorite Nacho Chips... Crumble them a bit if they're large. (bottom half of the bag of chips where they're broken works well for this recipe)

Spread cooked meat over the chips. (chopped up chicken, Browned hamburger, Shredded beef or pork, shrimp, crab......whatever you like. If you want it spicy spiced meat is fine too.

Chop your favorite peppers up and sprinkle however you like over this a little or a lot.

Spread a can (or 2 if your making a large pan) of either Nacho Cheese soup, or cream of chicken soup over all.

Spread a jar of your favorite salsa over this.

Bake in oven @ 350 about 20 minutes.

Put a couple handfulls of Shredded cheese over all..some chopped celantro is nice here too..and if you want it even hotter some more peppers.

Bake till cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve with liberal dollops of sour cream.

Enjoy!
